You run the sweeps. It shouldn't run your Saturday.

One screen for the whole League: who's in, who's paid, scores as they post, and every payout computed the moment you finalize the Game.

The pipeline does the chasing

Every Game moves through the same stages (signups, payments, scoring, finalize), and the dashboard shows where today's Game sits, who still owes, and what's left to do. Player status, League financials, and Series status sit on the same page as the tools that change them.

Payout math nobody has to double-check

Keeping the money straight is the worst job in a weekend league. Somebody collects fives at the first tee, carries the pot in their head through eighteen holes, and still gets asked at the bar whether the tie for second was split right. Sweeps retires that job. Set the payout structure once, and from then on your League argues about golf, not arithmetic.

Computed at finalize.
The last card comes in, you finalize the Game, and the payouts are done: the Sweeps Game pot (the day's opt-in money game) and any Skins Side games (side pots scored on top of the Game). Close out a Series and the end-of-Series totals compute the same way.
Ties resolve themselves.
Back-9, back-6, back-3, then last hole. Countback separates most ties the way leagues already do it by hand. When it can't, the affected places' money combines and splits evenly, shown as T2. Nobody does long division in the parking lot.
A default structure with rules, not vibes.
The default payout ladder is gap-protected: the winner's share never shrinks as more players join, first place always clears second by at least $5, and the last paid place targets $10, double a $5 buy-in. At 20 players on a $5 buy-in, the winner takes exactly $35.
Places open as the field grows.
2 paid places at 5 players, 3 at 9, 4 at 14, 5 at 19, 6 at 25. Or set your own percentages or dollar amounts and the ladder follows your rules instead.
The record keeps itself.
The finalized leaderboard is on every player's phone the moment you finalize, and the ledger exports to CSV when someone wants the receipts.

One boundary worth stating plainly: Sweeps never holds a dollar. It does the arithmetic and the paper trail, and the cash moves the way your League already moves it.

Setup starts with a conversation

Tell us about your League: how many players, where you play, how you run your sweeps today. We read every one of these, and you can expect a note from Darren, usually within a day or two. Getting a new League set up right is something we still do with you, on purpose.

Then a guided setup wizard walks you through the ten essentials, in order:

  1. Welcome
  2. Admin PIN
  3. Courses
  4. Default Course
  5. Scoring Format
  6. Handicap Rules
  7. Multi-Tee
  8. Series Setup
  9. Schedule
  10. Invite Players

Your players skip all of it. They join with an 8-character code or an invite link (phone number, SMS code, about 60 seconds), and there's nothing to download from an App Store.

Retire the legal pad

Every League starts with a free 30-day trial, no commitment. If it doesn't earn its spot on your Saturdays, it costs you nothing.
