Privacy Policy

Sweeps is a web app operated by Tabor Labs, LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information you or your League's commissioner provide:

• Account information: your phone number, verified with a one-time SMS code at sign-in.
• Profile information: your name, and optionally an email address, Venmo username, GHIN number, and tee-time preference. Sweeps has no profile photos. Commissioners may upload a League logo.
• League activity: your League membership, the Games you sign up for, your Rounds and hole-by-hole scores, your SweepsIndex, Series standings, and Sweeps Game entries.
• Money records:the fees and payout structure your League's admins configure, the amounts Sweeps computes from them, and the payment marks admins enter. Sweeps never collects card or bank details and never processes payments — see the Terms of Service.
• Start-a-League inquiries:if you submit the lead form, we keep what you entered (name, phone, email, course, message) along with the request's IP address and browser user agent.
• League records about you:your League's admins may attach notes and reasons to records that concern you — payment notes, score-correction reasons, handicap-override reasons, and the like — and profile edits are kept in a change history.
• Operational data:one first-party session cookie (kept up to a year; our servers store only a hashed token), audit logs of League activity — admin actions and your own score entries, signups, and declarations, each recorded with the request's IP address — and error logs. We also measure which screens and features get used, aggregated as daily counters per League — no per-visitor profiles, no advertising trackers, and no third-party analytics.

How We Use Your Information

• To run the service: scoring, standings, and live leaderboards.
• To send email through Resend (from noreply@teecrew.app) for admin invitations, and to notify us internally when you submit the Start-a-League form — that notice contains what you entered.
• To respond to support requests.
• SMS is used only for sign-in codes. Sweeps sends no marketing texts and no push notifications.

Sharing & Visibility

We do not sell your personal information. Information is visible or shared:

• Within your League: members see your name, scores, standings, and money amounts on League leaderboards.
• On your League's public pages: the clubhouse TV leaderboard lives at a public URL with no login — anyone with the link sees player names, scores, handicaps, tee times, and payout amounts, including projected amounts while a Game is still in progress. Bracket pages are public too and show participant names.
• With service providers that run the app: Google Firebase (sign-in, protected by Google reCAPTCHA; hosting; logo storage), Neon and Amazon Web Services (database), Resend (email), and GolfCourseAPI for course and tee data lookups (no personal data is sent to it).
• When required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Storage and Security

Your data lives in a Neon Postgres database with per-League row-level isolation, hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States (US East); the app itself runs on Google Cloud (Firebase Hosting, us-central1). Session tokens are stored hashed. If you install Sweeps to your home screen, the app caches data on your own device so scores work in dead zones.

Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

• Access & portability: request a copy of your data by email.
• Rectification: update your profile any time in the app.
• Erasure: request deletion by email — see below.
• Withdraw consent: stop using the service and request deletion.

Delete Your Data

There is no self-service account deletion yet. Email support@teecrew.appfrom the phone number or email on your account and, within 30 days, we will delete or anonymize your personal details — name, phone number, email, Venmo username, GHIN number — from your profile and your League's active records, deactivate your account, and end your sessions.

• “Leave League” in the app removes your membership in that League but does not delete your account.
• Score and payment records from completed Games stay in your League's history — deleting them would rewrite your League's standings — but they will no longer carry your personal details.
• Operational logs and database archive and backup copies age out on their own retention cycle and are not rewritten on request.

Children's Privacy

Sweeps is not directed to anyone under 18 (see the Terms of Service), and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy here and update the “Last updated” date.
