Everything Sweeps does
107 features, all of them shipped. Scoring a Saturday Game, settling the Sweeps Game, and running a Series that survives the year — plus the parts nobody advertises, like undoing a bad import or reopening a Game you finalized too early.

Scoring & scorecards
One scorer per group, the format your League actually plays, and a way to fix it when somebody fat-fingers the 7th.
Stableford or stroke play
Pick the format per Game or set a League default. Stableford is the default; stroke play is one setting away.
Point values you set yourself
Double eagle down to double bogey: every Stableford point value is a League setting, not a hardcoded table.
One scorer per group
The group picks a scorer who enters all four cards. Nobody double-enters and nobody argues with a phone.
Hand the pencil over
Scorer transfer and takeover, so a dead battery on the 12th doesn't end the group's card.
Hole by hole as you play
Enter the group's scores at each green. The leaderboard moves before you reach the next tee.
Or all of it at the turn
Batch entry for groups that would rather play golf and type once.
Paper scorecard view
The group's card laid out like the one in the cart: gross and points, hole by hole, side by side.
Review before it counts
A read-back screen shows every hole for every player before the card is submitted.
Corrections with a paper trail
Fix one hole or a whole card afterward. Every correction is staged, confirmed, and written to the audit log.
On-course & offline
The back nine has dead zones. Scoring keeps working anyway.
Scores queue when the signal drops
Entries save to the phone in a dead zone and upload themselves when the bars come back.
Conflicts surface, not overwrite
If two devices touched the same hole, the sync tells you instead of silently picking one.
Finishes in the background
The service worker completes the upload even if the app was closed on the walk to the parking lot.
Pace-of-play badge
Fast, normal, or slow, measured against round-time thresholds you set — 4 hours and 4:30 by default.
Sunlight mode
A high-contrast toggle for reading a phone screen at 1pm in July.
SweepsIndex handicaps
Our handicap. Every Round posts automatically, and every number that feeds it is a setting you control.
Every Round counts
SweepsIndex posts automatically. There's no "I'll enter it later," so there's no card that never got posted.
Best 3 of your last 10
That's the default. Both numbers are League settings, so a 20-Round League and a 6-Round League can each be fair.
Multiplier and cap
Scale the raw average and cap the index, so one hot Saturday can't hand somebody a windfall in week three.
Show your work
Any player can open a breakdown of exactly which Rounds fed their index and which ones counted. No black box.
Index history chart
Watch an index move across months of Rounds instead of guessing whether somebody's trending down.
Gross-only Leagues
Choose gross-only at setup if your League plays straight up.
New players get a rule, not a guess
Configurable handling for anyone with fewer than three Rounds, so somebody's first Saturday isn't arbitrary.
Playing-handicap allowances
USGA-style allowances per format, defaulting to 95%.
Multi-tee adjustment
Players off different tees get course-handicap adjustments, so the whites and the blues land on one leaderboard.
Commissioner overrides and baselines
Seed an index for a new member or override one outright. The old value is kept and the change is logged.
Games & scheduling
Build the calendar once. Rain-outs, deadlines, and next Saturday take care of themselves.
Generate a whole Series schedule
Give Sweeps your play days and a date range; it creates every Game. Then you edit the exceptions.
Signup deadlines
Signups close on your schedule, so you build groups against a real number instead of a guess.
The deadline runs the week
Every scheduled Game takes signups until your cutoff — Thursday at 8pm by default. Nobody opens the week by hand.
Rain-outs and course changes
Cancel a date or move a Game to another course without rebuilding the schedule around it.
Bulk cancel
Kill a run of dates in one action when the course closes for aeration.
Signup from the phone
Players sign up in a couple of taps and note what they need, so you're not reading a group text at midnight.
Withdrawals that update everything
A player pulls out and the field count, the groups, and the pot all follow.
Pop-up games
Run a one-off Game attached to no Series at all. One day, one payout, nothing to declare.
Groups & tee times
From a signup list to a posted tee sheet.
Build groups, then post them
Assign the foursomes privately and publish when you're ready — not the moment you drag the first name.
Tee times that fill themselves
Set a first time and an interval; every group gets its time.
First-tee check-in
Mark who actually showed, so the field the payout uses is the field that played.
Players move themselves (if you let them)
Optional self-service group swaps, with a cutoff time and a group-size cap you control.
Everyone sees their group
Players open the app and find their group, their tee time, and who they're playing with.
Live leaderboards
Positions and dollars, moving while people are still on the course.
Positions that move live
Standings update as cards come in, not after everybody's home and somebody has typed them up.
Who's climbing, who's sliding
Movement indicators show the direction each player is heading, not just where they sit.
Points-per-hole pace
The group on the 8th is scoring better than the group on the 17th. The board says so.
Dollars on the board
Each position shows what it's currently worth, so everybody knows what the next hole is playing for.
Ties handled by rule
Tied players share a position and split the money by your rules, not by whoever happens to be listed first.
Every board is kept
Finalized Games keep their leaderboards. Last August is still there when somebody wants to relitigate it.
Series & standings
A Series is any grouping of Games you name — a year, a weekend, or four weeks in October.
A Series is whatever you say it is
A year-long race, a member-guest weekend, a four-week ladder. Name it and it's a Series.
Players declare in
Series participation is its own opt-in, separate from showing up to any given Game.
Best N Rounds qualify
Set how many Rounds count toward standings and how many a player needs to be eligible at all.
Standings keep themselves
Every finalized Series game rolls into the standings. There is no spreadsheet to update on Sunday.
Pre-close checks
Before a Series can close, Sweeps lists what's unfinished: unfinalized Games, missing Rounds, unpaid entries.
Preview the payout, then close
See exactly who gets what across the whole Series before you commit to it.
Series financial summary
What came in, what's going out, and what's left — for the Series, not just for Saturday.
Side games
Skins and the Bonus Club, layered on top of any Game.
Skins for your League
Turn the skins Side game on as your League default and it rides along with every Game.
Carryovers
Tied holes roll forward, which is how the 18th ends up worth six skins.
Its own leaderboard
A dedicated skins board showing which hole each skin came from and who took it.
Skins report
The commissioner-side breakdown: every skin, every hole, every dollar.
Bonus Club
Clear a threshold — 42 points by default — and take the bonus prize. Nobody clears it and it goes to the best single Round.
Sweeps Games, money & payouts
Who's in for money, who's paid, and who gets what — settled before the carts are back.
Playing and playing for money are separate
The Sweeps Game is a per-Game opt-in. A player can show up without being in for the money, and vice versa.
Series entry fees
Set a Series fee, tracked separately from what each Saturday's Sweeps Game costs.
Mark players paid
Sweeps tracks who's settled up and how. You still collect it however your League always has.
Twenty players, one pass
Bulk payment marking, because they all handed you money at the first tee inside of four minutes.
Refunds on the record
Reverse a payment when somebody withdraws. The reversal is recorded as its own transaction.
Who still owes
Pull the outstanding list for a Game so you know exactly who to find in the grill room.
Scaling payouts
A gap-protected ladder that pays more places as the field grows, without a cliff between 1st and 2nd.
Different tables by field size
One structure for a 12-player Saturday, another for a 60-player one, with the min and max you set.
Club retention
Hold back a set percentage of each Game's pot for the club. The rest becomes that Game's payout pool.
Tiebreakers decided in advance
Rules settle who takes the odd dollar on a tie, before two guys are standing in front of you about it.
Payout configs are versioned
Every change to a Game's payout config is a version. Look at what you were paying in March, and restore it.
Financial summary and transaction history
Every dollar in and out, per Game and per Series, with the ledger sitting behind the number.
Brackets
Single-elimination match play, run alongside your Games.
Single-elimination match play
Run a bracket alongside your Games for the club championship or the member-guest.
We load the bracket for you
Send us the bracket email you already have and we'll set up the field and the seeding from it.
Winners cascade forward
Report a result and the next round's matchup fills itself in.
Results the way golfers say them
Record 3&2, 1 up, or a 19th-hole finish — not a made-up numeric stand-in.
Play-by deadlines per round
Each round gets a date its matches have to be played by, so the bracket doesn't stall in the round of 16.
A public bracket link
Share one link and anybody can follow it. No login, no install, no account.
Commissioner controls
The admin side: setup, guardrails on the dangerous buttons, and a record of who changed what.
Guided setup
A ten-step wizard takes a new League from nothing to a scheduled first Game.
Your League's name on it
League name, abbreviation, and logo, applied across the app and the clubhouse screen.
Admin PIN on the dangerous buttons
Destructive actions need a PIN, so a phone left face-up on a bar top isn't a problem.
Asks twice before the irreversible things
Two-stage confirmation on destructive actions. Marked a payment by mistake? The toast gives you ten seconds to undo.
The Game pipeline at a glance
One dashboard shows signups, payments, scoring, and finalize status for the Game in front of you.
Validation before finalize
Sweeps lists the missing and suspicious cards before it will let you lock a Game.
Finalize — and reopen
Locking a Game settles the payouts. If something was wrong, reopen it and finalize again.
Interrupted finalize recovers
If a finalize is cut off partway, the app says so and offers to finish the job rather than leaving it half-done.
Audit log across seven areas
Money, scores, handicaps, Game operations, player management, settings, and system actions — who did what.
Settings for all of the above
Scoring, handicaps, skins, payouts, groups, courses, tees, and pace, all editable without filing a support ticket.
Roster, imports & year-end
Get your League's history in, keep it clean, and roll it over in January.
Roster management
Remove, readmit, and set roles. Somebody who left in May and came back in July stays one person.
Merge duplicate players
Two records for the same guy? Preview the merge, then combine his Rounds, his money, and his history.
Import your roster
Bring the League in from a file instead of typing forty names and phone numbers.
Import past Rounds
Load prior scores so handicaps are real on day one, not ten weeks in.
Import existing handicaps
Seed indexes from whatever you were keeping before, so nobody starts from zero.
ClubCaddie tee sheets
Drop in a ClubCaddie tee-sheet export instead of retyping it into a second system.
Preview, validate, then confirm
Every import shows what it's about to write and what it couldn't parse, before anything is saved.
Undo an import
Roster, score, and handicap imports roll back for 24 hours, removing exactly what they added.
Year-end archive
Roll the League into a new year on a date you pick. The old year stays intact and readable.
Reports & exports
The numbers, out of the app and into whatever you need them in.
Hole-by-hole report
Every player, every hole, one grid.
Player scores report
One player's full history across every Game they've played, for the guy who asks every week.
Most improved
Who's actually getting better, measured by index movement rather than by who says so.
Series audit report
A line-by-line accounting of which Rounds counted toward the standings and which ones didn't.
Roster report
The current League, its indexes, and its status, in one printable list.
CSV and PDF export
Most reports go straight to a spreadsheet or to a branded PDF for whoever still wants paper.
Install, access & your League
How 40 golfers get in without an App Store, a password, or a training session.
No App Store
Sweeps installs to the home screen from the browser, with platform-aware instructions. Nothing to download or update.
Phone number, six-digit code
No password for a 68-year-old member to forget, and nothing for you to reset.
Eight-character join codes
One code gets a player into your League. Say it out loud at the first tee and they're in.
QR codes for the code
Print the QR for the first tee, the cart barn, or the clubhouse door.
Invite links
Send a link that skips the code entirely — the fastest path from a group text into the League.
Codes you can turn off
Expire or disable a join code, so last year's flyer stops onboarding strangers.
One player, several Leagues
A golfer belongs to every League they play in and switches between them without logging out.
Course and tee lookup
Search a course and pull in its tees, yardages, pars, and stroke indexes instead of typing eighteen holes.
Clubhouse TV board
Put the live leaderboard on a screen in the grill room. It refreshes itself all afternoon.
That was the list. This is the thing.
The whole app on demo data — Games, Sweeps Games, the leaderboard, the admin screens. No sign-up to look around.
